My Beer World store is the Pine Bush location. Generally I love the store and it’s selection. The help seems genuinely helpful, although not entirely knowledgeable about the pricing and products. One example is the Rewards barcode for cigar rewards which is on your app. I buy quite a few cigars at your store and the cigar QR scan code for the cumulative rewards has never worked. When I ask the staff is very apologetic and tell me they will talk to the IT guy. The QR scan code for the crowlers works fine. I was in the store today and asked about the new Double IPA that is an exclusive for Beer World stores from Roscoe Brewing Your ambassador Beergirl Melissa is on the can but the girl I asked couldn’t tell me the price or much about it. All in all I don’t have many issues when I shop at the store, however I’m knowledgeable about beer and cigars so I can usually navigate my way around with no help. What about the customer that’s not though? Beergirl Melissa is on social media pushing products and locations so the lack of any information from your staff was surprising.
